Management consultant and bestselling author Chester Elton is now appearing on HomeTowne Television. Mr. Elton, a Summit resident, was interviewed by Fred Honold, President of HTTV, and Frank Grayeski, HTTV Vice President for Best Practices. Mr. Elton’s new book, The Carrot Principle, which he co-authored with Adrian Gostick, describes how successful managers use employee recognition to improve business results. The Carrot Principle draws on case studies at Disney, KPMG and other leading companies to illustrate its points.
