Managing online form request (Volunteer)

Prerequisite

    • You need to have a user account with online form administrator access created for you.
    • You must login with a username and password to have the online form administrator access.
    • Contact Zack Chan, System Administrator or email his at zack.chan@hometownetv.org if you have questions.

1. View online form request

2. Edit online form request

    a. Follow 1. View online form request a, b and c.

    b. Click on the Edit link next to each record to view the information.

    c. Click on the Submit button located at the bottom of the page after you made changes to the online form request.

3. Delete online form request

    a. Follow 1. View online form request a, b and c.

    b. Click on the Delete link next to each record to delete the record.

4. Submit online form request
